Not this and not anything else can kill piracy I tell you (you will see that in Pirate of Caribbean at world's end), but they can only minimize it. Street piracy is something all over arab countries, and in Kuwait, it's our specialty.

As for original games, you are damn right. Shops still sell it for much higher price when they know pirated more recent games are all over the place. And what's worse, pirate copy sellers provide better customer service and focus than original big shops. Try exchanging or returning a game to see what I mean.

Anyways, for me, it's Amazon I just received the load of games I talked about, top latest games are at $29, middle or 1 year old are sold at $20. You can't hope for much lower price really.

This is exactly the kind of thing I was hoping would happen. It'll really decrease piracy, but there's still a huge problem: there are many SHOPS in the middle of the STREET that sell pirated games and nobody says "No". I've seen lots of the stuff.

But prices are still an issue. I wanted to buy a game today, but the cheapest game was roughly $26 - and that's a really old game. And we have a small choice.

This is the reason I support systems like Steam or Gametap.

Well, best games are for $12. How lower do you want it to be? Pirated copies are sometimes price of original ones. Movies cost $12 as well, so it's not expensive. I am not talking about prices in Kuwait, they're crazy I sent them links of similar items on Amazon with same price, just different currency. So it's 3.5 times more expensive.
