It’s a Googly weekend at the end
Quickly browsing the net using my slow connection, I came across these three new stunning news for Google:
- Search Without Boundaries: I don’t know what the service is exactly called, but through Google Translate you can search using one language, and get the results of another language, along with translation to your selected language.
- Google Talk PC to Phone VOIP: An image has been shared around the web of new Google Talk version that will allow PC to Phone calls. No details of the service is available yet, but all we know it’s another Skype killing attempt. I just hope it doesn’t enforce Google Checkout, I still hate it.
- Google Acquires FeedBurner: The acquisition rumors seem to be true, and an acquisition will take place for $100 million in cash.
That’s some week for the search giants now. If there is another service Google can start making money of, I’d say it’s PC to Phone if they don’t screw things up. So far people love Google Talk crazy.
