RayBoy: Alas, I just renewed before Ramadan. Can I upgrade now even if my connection still running?

headshot: This behavior from our company is not the usual, but it's good. We are also usd to sudden site blocking for no goodreason. However you seem to have faced tough times with AOL. I read about a case where change in terms in US now mandates reinforming users about it.

VeryQ8ya: They didnt? Did you check your junk mail.I usually find it there. As some people say, people through everything in trash. I find some very interesting emails there ;)

WELL, AT LEAST YOUR DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT GIVES OUT SOME WARNING, AOL SET UP A DEAL WHERE IF I GOT BROADBAND FROM EMBARQ I WOULD GET MY AOL FREE. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THAT WHEN I DID THIS THEY WOULD CUT OFF THE ABILITY TO SEND ANY ATTACHED FILES OUT THROUGH EMAIL. YES TRANSPARENCY WITH COMPANIES YOU DEAL WITH DOES HELP. Todd

DeadEye: What's ur registered mail with Qnet? If it's hotmail most likely their email goes to Junk. Also with Yahoo same thing I used to report it Not Spam and now it's OK.

Rayboy: I think YES. Professional ISP should have back ups ofcourse for frequent activities, but most companies have outage. Even Google AdSense and Adwords I think have outage in their login section sometimes.

DeadEye: It's what people call best of the worst. When you have problem with them, I think they are the only one that if problem is not solved and it's a technical issue, like the activation of DSL line, they open a ticket and send you SMS with trouble ticket number for follow up. I don't think it's about neglecting, i think it's affecting all people. More users, no proper bandwidth upgrade. I don't feel like using 256 connection to be honest.

I never got that message.
I notice that the more time you spend with Qnet the more neglected you will be in terms of support and further notices.. sad.
