Google fixes Chrome vulnerabilities
Google Chrome was released in Beta last week, and really made a serious buzz in the web. Some say it’s nothing serious, other presume this will make the base for future web browsers. I incline with the latter opinion. Either ways, one thing all agree upon is the browser speed. Some new experience lies in there.
Fully tested products are never as good as hoped for however, no need to mention Beta ones. Google Chrome was hit with several vulnerabilities (more here, and here). Google recently started spreading the release to small groups quietly according to CNET, and people can check for updates by clicking the wrench icon in top right corner of the browser, and then click about Google Chrome. Strangely enough, my browser is already up to date, and I don’t recall updating it!

According to CNET, 0.2.149.29 is the latest. Snce Eienstie proved time is relative, perhaps I downloaded a copy of the future by chance few days earlier. Anyways, I know you don’t believe me. It’s OK, no offense taken. If you are using Chrome, you should go and do that now.
The fix also resolves a silly browser crashing problem once you type “about:%” in the address bar. Because my browser is already updated, I was denied the joy of watching Chrome crash for the first time! Also, Google says they have fixed some issue with Javascript that could affect the Facebook experience. Wonder if that’s got something to do with Zoho as well, as I notice frequently the site freezing :(. Not sure if it’s browser or server issue though yet.

I tried Chrome very briefly, couldn’t see what’s special about it, I may need to use it a bit more I guess. It seems that I reads CSS more like IE than Firefox, which is screwed up of course when displaying my blog lol!
