Kuwait used to be the hub of musical talent in the middle east, but thanks to these extremists we lost that and we lost a huge source of entertainment. There was a time when we used to look forward to Hala February, but now its just a joke. That was on the grand opening of Al-Ghanim BMW hall in Hilton hotel, Mangaf. Funny that you have come to mention this and how it would impact in our society... This technology will certainly cost a fortune making it less obtainable for small groups/companies/political parties, and high speed connections which we lack here in Kuwait. As for legal actions against misuse I don't think there's a definite way of stopping it.
