IE I know, but not Chrome... not in my experience at least. Best thing about chrome is each tab is separate process, and crashes on it's own usually. You can just close this tab. Also the speed is incomparable. Firefox takes way much longer to launch fresh, while Chrome re-opens with 20 tabs or so faster.
