DrLeos: Me too, coz it’s least worst. Sad how all companies in Kuwait take defensive sides rather than listen and try to add to what they have.

So far I’ve had my credit card canceled, new debit card, internet shopping card CVV changed, all without any email, phone, or SMS notice.

I have got similar experience:
(1) Hated responder protects NBK against clients. :)
(2) NBK has weak places in OL banking.
(3) NBK rather doesn’t listen advices from clients.
(4) Many things could be improved in NBK OL banking.
Despite of all of that, I am NBK’s client for years. :)

Dear

I also wasted about two full days with the registration of the new card with the same issues if all those stupid questions. They also caution you to enter the full name of the city, I wonder why; if the purpose is just for us to remember. After numerous calls, I just told them to reset everything about my online access and I will enter fresh data. With all the pain and efforts and calls, I finally managed to login with the new card number. But what I discovered in the process is the NBK Faux Pas. Mahbob: Ohh man, is this really how NBK handles it? I just cant believe it. Say it was a mistake, but to send an email with previous card last 4 digits! What’s next? Terrible.

MBH: Couldn’t agree more. Will maybe if you can express their stupidity even better, but one lacks words in such occasions!

A friend of mine took his card a while back and told me he lost his list, so I took the info of all the ones I have and saved it!

It’s really silly that you have to email them, and even more silly that they ask for the card numbers!

They should have migrated the list automatically from the old card to the new one, since both cards are registered under one civil ID number!

Stupid….

MBH: I also lost my beneficiary list and I sent email use my online account and the admin ask me for my last 4-digits of old card and he restore it for me . use the email system through their portal when you login.

MBH: Me neither. But what can I do, I need to make my internet card payments, and waiting on phone for 1 hour isn’t so productive either!

Beneficiaries? Dude, I just checked. They say I have to request ePin! Whats that crap, its like totally different site in Arabic!
