This is Apple’s official legal response to a lawsuit regarding false iPhone advertisement and misleading customers by saying ”twice as fast for half the price” compared with the original handset, when reality is, it sucks for many people and they’re disappointed.

I always tend to think of iPhone as a cool promising beta product, and with iPhone 3G, it turned out to be no difference.
More and more iPhone 3G customers are getting frustrated and some returning their (holy) iPhones for their money because of bad signals and drop calls. The problem seems to be happening when a person moves from 3G network to a lower speed network, possibly a software problem, and some point at the Infineon chip, which is also used in Samsung phones without any problems according to the chip manufacturer.
When I was at a telecom company, and we were introducing the 3G network, such problems happened with Nokia phones. But who’s fault is it now, and can it be fixed with a software patch. That is something I would suggest waiting for before buying the new iPhone.
